[Behind the Scenes] We are all made of stars for Unallied Magazine

We decided to take the story on location to this beautiful part in Puerta de Tierra: Luis Muñoz Rivera. The park has a great feel of structure and greenery. The day was beautiful and we had an early start; our call was at 8am and everyone was on time. 

We booked a bewitching model, Liza @ Epic Model Agency. She was a great protagonist for this editorial. We began with an interesting selection of designers and collections for the story: Tylon Reyes, Hyuke, Sofía Arana, Veronika Pagan and accessories designer U by JM. Each of them representing the eclectic style of the nouveau hipster movement.

We began our session with combat boots in hand and everything went smoothly. We got through exactly 3 wardrobe changes and all of a sudden our beautiful day turned into the 20% chance of showers, predicted earlier throughout the morning by our local weather. The team had to pack up and basically run for their lives.

The crew and model were soaking wet and we had to change our whole concept. Now our Creative Director had the daunting task of merging outdoor and studio shots! The team did an awesome job of incorporating and merging the looks from the shots done on location, with our studio setting.

We only hope that our friends at Unallied are happy with the results.
