Successful auditions for The New Generation - Puerto Rico High Fashion Week 2012

A busy casting, with the participation of over 40 designers, was carried out by the the Puerto Rico High Fashion Week (PRHFW) organization to select the members of The New Generation 2012.

In an evening full of talent and creativity and various styles of designers who aspire to join this group, which is characterized as one of the most popular and expected by the fashion-loving audience on the Island .

Designers Eddie Guerrero and Ruben Dario, stylist Lizette Schettini and fashion editor of Imagen magazine, Arnaldo Rivera Braña, had the task of evaluating the proposals, taking into account concept, quality, tailoring and portfolio of each participant. "I am extremely surprised by the amount of talent we've had this year, more than any other year. I think it will be spectacular, with the diversity of designers." said Rivera Braña, who will also serve as a mentor to this group throughout the preparation and presentation of collections on the catwalk to show off spring / summer 2013. Soon they will be announcing the designers who were selected.

The Puerto Rico High Fashion Week, founded in 2005, it is the national fashion event on the island. This event presents the most important fashion designers on the island, including promising young talent, and international designers.
